Always the Designer, Never the Bride

Always the Designer, Never the Bride

It’s taken Audrey Regan years to establish herself as a wedding dress designer, and to date she’s been roped into creating dresses for nine of her girlfriends. Request #10 follows her vow to “Just say no!” and comes from her very best friend. She can hardly turn Carly down!

Audrey arrives in Atlanta early to perform all of her maid-of-honor duties along with final fittings for a one-of-a-kind dress. But Carly’s wedding is nothing short of an event, complete with Prince Charming, and the festivities make Audrey question whether there’s a prince of her own anywhere in her future.

Enter the groom’s brother and best man. Shaggy-haired, tattooed bad boy J.R. Hunt couldn’t be any more different from Prince Charming if he rode in on a Harley Davidson. Oh, wait. He actually did ride in on a Harley!**

Audrey is at the point where if she doesn't make a sale soon, its over for having her own design company. Going to Atlanta for her best friends wedding is only extending her further, especially since she has a bride to be that could make her year toying with her. Meeting J.R. is everything she doesn't need, shes drawn to him and she doesn't need the complication of a fling.

J.R. doesn't do normal, he doesn't stay in one place. He's always on the go, and doesn't feel the need to settle in one place. When he meets his sister in law's best friend he is definitely intrigued.

I would venture to say this one was the best one yet in the series. It wasn't bam full blown love and puppies and rainbows. J.R. and Audrey fought hard against this attraction, both having lives outside of Atlanta, that they wanted to go back to.  You'll have to read to find out what happens though, something that makes them think, hmm is it worth letting go of something this good?

Small disclaimer for my smut loving readers, this is a christian lit book. No smut in it at all. These books are full of love and happiness. They are light and fluffy.
