The Reverse of Perfection

The Reverse of Perfection by Christi Barth

Dylan Royce, ex-teen pop star, needs a sexy image makeover. His first adult solo album came out under his perfect, white-washed persona and tanked. Joining a band equally famous for their music and their between-the-sheets escapades is only the start. He needs to get raunchy. Sleep with a different girl every night. But there’s only one woman he wants, and she still sees him as a goody two-shoes boy-bander.

Ariel Watson is the publicist in charge of turning Dylan into the sex-god every woman dreams of doing. Frankly, she doesn’t see the appeal. Until one hot kiss changes her mind. Now she wants to keep him for herself--without losing her job. Or losing Dylan the legions of drooling fans she’s supposed to be building for him.

Turning bad got Dylan the woman of his dreams. But how will he choose between her...or his career catapulting him back to superstar status?**

Thanks to the author for sending the book in exchange for a honest review.

People can't see that kids in show business grow up. Now that Dylan isn't apart of the boy band he's known for and trying to break out in to a solo act people can't see him as anything but the boy band member. That's why his agent gets him a publicist to change his image, sex him up a bit. Make him the MAN everyone wants and not the boy.

Dylan knows who Ariel is, he saw her before at a New Years Eve party and has wanted her ever since. Then she walks in and can't stand to look at him in the ridiculous clothing that has been his wardrobe for the last few years. He's going to do anything to make his new career work and get the girl.

I really liked Dylan and Ariel. It was a great love story. It was hot too! This is a novella so I don't want to give away too much but it does not lack in anything. If anything I was upset that it was over so fast but that's just because I inhale stories and then regret it. Check out this one and the first of this series.  You won't regret the hot rock and roll guys! Leave the author love in the form of a review.
