So this little story has killed me. In the Power of Six, we are left with the capture of Sam at the home base of the Mogadorian's. In the Rise of Nine, we learn nothing of Sam's whereabouts. Now, Pittacus has left us a little satisfied, however no the more needy for the next novel.

Adam is an amazing character. He is a rouge Mog that is possessed with the memories of Number One. We are led on a quick journey for Virginia to the base in New Mexico where the Guarde was at the end of the Rise of Nine.

Yes, we learn a lot in a short time.

1. We find out about Sam.
2. We find out about Sam's father.
3. Why is Adam and One linked in such a deep symbiotic relationship?


However I am left with one burning question.

"How will the Guarde react when Adam comes into the picture?"

Oh....these damn little stories kill me.
