Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout
After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.
Together we’re stronger... and they know it.
Amanda's Review
Shit really hits the fan in this one. All I know is that if I hadn't had the next one to go on to, I would of thrown my Ipad.
Secrets come out, people who are supposed to be dead aren't and because of that they have decided to go in to a DOD facility. It's stupid to do but what choice do they have? Also Blake is still around, and I really really dislike this boy. He's a liar and manipulative. He likes to push Daemons buttons and all Daemon wants to do is push him down the stairs.
Well it turns out my extreme dislike of Blake is well founded because in this book he tries to double cross Katy and he ends up killing someone and that starts a painful time for everyone but most importantly Dee.
The end is the biggest cliff hanger in the whole series. This book was awesome and I loved it all. I know you all will too.

DEAR LORD!
This book left me in shambles. I could not believe the ending!
Opal...Once, a treasured gem! Not anymore!
The weakness of the Lux and it is a wicked little stone.
Here we see Blake come back. Yep, I do not like him and Daemon and Katy are drawn into a plan to rescue Blake's "maker" and Daemon's brother.
Of course, you will hope that everything works out. Well, it does....sorta....hense the CLIFFY at the end. Yep you will jump headfirst in the water of OMG!
Good thing is, you can go right into the next book as it is already published!!
GO READ NOW!!!
Also, the sexy scenes are moving up on the steamy ladder. Is this really still a YA book?
See ya soon!
