Delicious Temptations

Delicious Temptation by Sabrina Sol

Amara Maria Robles is a good girl. So good that she gave up her dreams of becoming a renowned pastry chef to help her parents with their struggling Mexican bakery. Yet her parents reject any changes she suggests, and refuse to sell her mouth-watering confections. Clearly being a good girl isn't paying off. So when her brother's sexy ex-best friend walks into the bakery, Amara's tempted to be very bad indeed...

After a scandal twelve years ago, resident bad boy Eric Valencia has returned to make things right with his family and friends. One glance at Amara and her wicked curves, however, and Eric finds himself thinking about how she’d feel beneath him—something he promised Amara's brother he would never think about, let alone do.

But this bad boy is in deep trouble...because Amara's determined to have her cake, and Eric, too.**

Amara is a  good daughter, when her family needed her she came home from her dream to help turn the family business around.  In reality all they wanted was her to come home. They reject any ideas she has about new products. Everyone seems to think that Amara is still a little girl that needs to be seen and not heard. When Eric walks in she can't help but want to ditch the good girl routine and be the bad girl that simmers underneath the surface.

Eric is back to help take care of his abuela and to right some wrongs from his past. When he went to the Robles bakery he never thought that the gorgeous curvy girl behind the counter was his old friends sister. Now that he's had a taste of her he just can't get it out of his mind. He knows that he shouldn't do this but he can't help wanting her.

They say people can change and Eric is trying to show everyone that he has. It's hard when everywhere he goes people talk, whisper and stare. Amara is off limits, because her brother asked him to stay away from her. We all know that it doesn't happen, that wouldn't be a very good ending to a book. I really wanted both characters to 'man' up a little bit. They both had people in their lives; important people, telling them they weren't good enough to do things.  Tell someone they are worthless enough and they will believe it above any praise.

This was a easy read, and fun. All of the desserts that were mentioned made me wish I had them. You'll want to read this book! Steamy and a little dirty at times, but that was a- okay by me! Leave the author love in the form of a review!
