Waiting for Prince Harry

Twenty-four-year-old Kylie Reed has always been a rule follower. Organized and cautious to a fault, her dreams for life are often filed away for future use—when she has a house, when she meets her future husband, when she has been at her visual display job at a chic Dallas boutique longer. Kylie always has a reason for living her life in the future, not in the present, and fears not living her life to the fullest and reaching her dream of becoming a fashion designer.

The only exception to rules, of course, would be running away with Prince Harry. But living in Dallas and not knowing Prince Harry make this a non-option.

Or does it?

Because when Kylie accidentally falls into the lap of a gorgeous ginger guy—yes, even more gorgeous than the real Prince Harry—all bets are off. Kylie’s life takes some unexpected twists and turns thanks to this encounter. Could this stranger be the one to show Kylie how to live in the present?

Most of the time being different is considered a bad thing. Kylie is used to people expecting her to just follow along and let people do what they want, no matter if its against what she wants. She's a homebody, she's in to vintage things and in general is just different.  She had to get away from the pity dances at her brothers wedding so she went to the bar in the hotel. While there she literally falls in to a guys lap. He's a super hot ginger and she is flustered. She doesn't pick up guys in bars and tells him so.

Harrison Flynn is used to people coming up to him. He's the captain of the pro hockey team and so that makes him a celebrity. When a beautiful girl falls in his lap and spills her drink all over him, he's smitten. She doesn't even know who he is! It's a joy to him to talk to someone that doesn't want something other than conversation with him. She lays it out that she doesn't pick up men and so he decides if all he can have is friendship then he'll take it.

I really enjoyed this story. Harrison and Kylie made me smile and their romance had butterflies in my stomach. They had so much going against them with the press and her reluctance to do anything to stand up for herself and for her desires.  Loved it and I couldn't put it down, I didn't want it to end. Go and check it out and leave the author love in the form of a review!!
