Nanny Makes Three

Nanny Makes Three by Cat Schield

This rich Texas rancher has his hands full with an abandoned baby…and her irresistible nanny!

Mistaken for the father of his twin brother's child, Liam Wade takes in his fussy infant niece and needs a nanny fast. Hadley Stratton knows all about Liam's reputation with the ladies, and really doesn't believe that the baby isn't his! But as she settles into her role, she begins to see the man beneath the Stetson. And when they're stranded together during a storm, she really gets to know him. Is she just the latest woman to fall for Liam's charms, or are this rich rancher's single days numbered?**

Liam is a bachelor, and he's been celibate for the last year so when a woman shows up with a baby claiming its his and he has to take it he knows that she must be confusing him with his twin brother. Regardless he takes the baby in until he can find his brother. Needless to say he doesn't know what to do with a baby so he calls for a nanny to come. He wasn't expecting Hadley Stratton to come walking into his house. He knew her years ago when she was a competitive horse rider. The attraction he feels he tries to ignore but its too hard when he convinces her to live in for a little bit until Maggie's better situated.

Hadley had a crush on Liam when she was a teenager but now that she's grown up and working in his home as a nanny for his daughter she can't let such things intrude on her work. She's been down that road before and she won't take the chance of making the same mistake twice in one lifetime.  Why Liam keeps referring to Maggie as his niece is odd. He's a playboy and everyone knows it why would he say he's not her father? After spending more and more time with the both of them she realizes that he is telling the truth about that, but is he telling the truth to her. Burned once and twice shy Hadley doesn't know if she can believe a man that she works for.

I really enjoyed reading about Hadley and Liam. The past meshing with the future. Liam had already decided that he didn't want to live the playboy lifestyle so he was just waiting on the right woman to be his life partner, when Hadley showed up he knew that she was the right woman. Nothing was perfect, they had bumps in the road and that makes it believable. Through all the ups and down their love shines through. Easy and fast read. Also we get to see more from the Texas Cattlemans Club! Thanks to the author for the book in exchange for a honest review. Don't forget to thank the author by leaving a review. It really does help!
