Julian Savage was golden. Powerful. But tormented. For the brooding hunter walked alone, always alone, far from his Carpathian kind, alien to even his twin. Like his name, his existence was savage. Until he met the woman he was sworn to protect...
When Julian heard Desari sing, rainbows swamped his starving senses. Emotions bombarded his hardened heart. And a dark hunger to possess her flooded his loins, blinding him to the danger stalking him. And even as Desari enflamed him, she dared to defy him with mysterious, unparalleled feminine powers. Was Desari more than his perfect mate? Julian had met his match in this woman, but would she drive him to madness... or save his soul?
I am stuck reading this series. Not out of a wanting to, but a need to finish what I started.
We have, Juilan the twin of Aidan in this book. He wants to go to the sun and he believes that he is given one more task by his prince. The vampire hunting society that is hell bent on destroying the Carpathian race is back.
Julian travels to warn Desari (a singer) that the society is after. Once he arrives, in typical fashion, a rush of color blinds him and he is all hot and bothered.
After the rush of emotions, the group is attacked, he is forced to turn her and we are set upon an adventure in which both people learn to love each other...Oh, there is a vampire that they have to kill.
Sound familiar?
Until Next Time,
