I typical romance fashion he does. They fall in love. She is a human and yes there is some violence.
This is a classic entry novel that leaves a lot to be desired. There are only so many way to write that you want to have sex with someone.
This book almost forced me to stop several times.
Like most series, I will read more than the first book to see if it gets better.
